Post your question in the comments of the AMA post during the allotted time. You may not receive a response immediately, but as long as you get your question in on time, Nausheen will respond.
Heads up: Since Nausheen is based in Europe, her day ends a bit ahead of those of us in the United States. If you post your question later in the day (after noon eastern), she will get to your question the following morning.
